Delete your MedVeik account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how account deletion works and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

To delete your MedVeik account, send a request from the email address linked to your account to support@medveik.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". You can also request deletion directly from within the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account.

What gets removed

  • Your profile and login credentials
  • Family member records linked to your account
  • Stored prescriptions, visit history, and reminders
  • Uploaded documents and medical files

Before you delete

  • Download or export any records you want to keep
  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Requests are processed within 7 business days
  • Some data may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention
