MedVeik is a family health record app. It lets you keep doctor details, visit history, prescriptions and reminders for every family member in one place.

Install the app, create your account, add the people in your family, and then start adding their doctors, visits and prescriptions. Our How It Works page walks through each step.
Yes. MedVeik is designed for family profiles, so each person can have separate records, visits, and reminders.
Create a new profile for each person and enter their name, relation, age and basic health details such as blood group. You can then add their doctors, visits, prescriptions and reminders under that profile.
Yes. You can upload prescription images and PDFs, add medicines and dosage details, and attach reports to visits, all connected to the right family member.
Choose the family member, create a reminder for a medicine, appointment or health task, set the time, and decide whether it repeats. MedVeik then notifies you at the right time.
First check that notifications are allowed for MedVeik in your phone settings. Some phones also limit background apps to save battery, so make sure MedVeik is not restricted. If reminders still do not appear, contact our support team with your phone model.
We treat family health information as private. Our Privacy Policy describes encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and secure backups. See the Security page for more.
Details about offline use have not been published yet. If you need to use MedVeik without an internet connection, please contact support@medveik.com and we will confirm what is available.
You can request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format by emailing support@medveik.com. We respond to such requests within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app, or email support@medveik.com from the address linked to your account with the subject line "Delete My Account". Deletion is permanent, so export anything you want to keep first.
Your profile, family member records, prescriptions, visit history, reminders and uploaded documents are removed. Requests are processed within 7 business days, and some data may be kept where the law requires it.
