1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MedVeik application ("App") or visiting medveik.com ("Website"), you ("User" or "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MedVeik ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Description of Services
MedVeik provides a family health management platform that allows users to:
- Add and manage family member profiles
- Store and organize doctor information and contact details
- Track doctor visits, consultation history, and medical notes
- Manage prescriptions, medicines, and dosage information
- Upload prescription images and PDF documents
- Set reminders for medicines, appointments, and health tasks
- Access AI-powered health insights (where available)
3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use MedVeik. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will use the Services only for lawful purposes
- All information you provide is accurate and up to date
If you are using MedVeik on behalf of family members, including minors, you confirm that you have the legal authority to manage their health information.
4 User Accounts
4.1 Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
4.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other users or our Services.
5 Health Information Disclaimer
- MedVeik does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Information stored in the App is for personal organizational purposes only
- AI-powered insights (where available) are informational and not clinical recommendations
- Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions
- In case of emergency, contact emergency services immediately
MedVeik shall not be held liable for any health decisions made based on information stored in or generated by the App.
6 User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful, personal health management purposes
- Not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Not upload content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
- Not use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Not use the Services for commercial purposes without written consent
7 Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of MedVeik — including but not limited to the App, Website, logos, text, graphics, and software — are owned by MedVeik and are protected by intellectual property laws. "MedVeik" and the MedVeik logo are trademarks of MedVeik.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal health management. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of our Services.
8 User Content
You retain ownership of all health data and content you upload to MedVeik ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant MedVeik a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content you upload. MedVeik does not verify the accuracy of health information entered by users.
9 Third-Party Services
MedVeik may integrate with third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, analytics, AI providers). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. MedVeik is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedVeik and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Services
- Any health decisions made based on information in the App
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any bugs, errors, or interruptions in the Services
- Any loss of data or corruption of stored information
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to MedVeik in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MedVeik and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you upload to the App
12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

13 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App, Website, or via email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
